I understand life happens and it is not in our control. I respect that and am very understanding, with that being said if there is an emergency or a situation out of your control, please message me on instagram @skinwithemmab and we can reschedule you :) If that is not the case, you will be charged a 20% fee due to loss of my time and other appointments I could be taking to support my business.
